One room is already rented to a great tenant- quiet and extremely clean; he leaves early for work and comes home late due to hours/commute and has always gotten along with past tenants. This is our second house so we only spend a couple of weeks there at most out of the month due to it not being our primary residence. With that being said we want to keep it quiet (ie not a party house) and cleanliness is our top priority. :)Rent is $ per month and that includes all utilities and wifi. There's a large furnished kitchen and dining area as well as living room space with couch/TV. We also have a washer and dryer room and a backyard with a small patio. No pets and no indoor smoking. Upstairs room and bathroom for rent. Down stairs is furnished, kitchen is stocked. Unfortunately my landlord does not allow pets, but we might be able to hide them depending on what it is.
