We get 6wks free rent if approved by May 1st, but it is fine if we don’t meet the deadline. We would each pay about $800/mo which includes utilities. The complex has nice amenities: pool, 24hr fitness center, clubhouse (with WiFi), fenced in patio, and unit includes washer & dryer. The rooms are not furnished as displayed in photos, but this complex has the option of renting furniture for the unit if need be. You will be sharing a restroom space with another tenant, not we will come up with a cleaning schedule that both you and the other roommate agrees upon. I work security, come with an 8y/o lab mix (I’ve had him since his birth and he is completely potty trained). My significant other will also be moving into my bedroom in the middle of June.
