Clean and quiet. Easy to get along with. I keep the house really clean. I do most of the primary housework and cleaning. But of course expect you to clean up after yourself in the kitchen and bathroom. I hope that would be a given. lol! But I’m extremely easy to deal with. I’m not looking for anyone to be my best friend. But I’m very honest and easy to communicate with. I was a bartender for years so I’ve definitely heard it all. I just hope that people are honest with me. This is never a simple matter for people to rent or to rent to others, because we all go in blind. We've got an available room for rent in one of our homes. We rent two rooms out of our home with those tenants having a shared bathroom (we have our own). One room is already rented to a great tenant- quiet and extremely clean; he leaves early for work and comes home late due to hours/commute and has always gotten along with past tenants. This is our second house so we only spend a couple of weeks there at most out of the month due to it not being our primary residence. With that being said we want to keep it quiet (ie not a party house) and cleanliness is our top priority. :)Rent is $ per month and that includes all utilities and wifi.
