Hi, my name is RAKESH. I am an investor from the Chicago area. I have a un-furnished duplex. I am looking for 2 roommates to rent one bedroom and each will have a private bathroom. The first person to accept this will get the master bed with attached bath while the 2nd roommate can choose from one of the other 2 bedrooms and will have the private 2nd bath (not ensuite).I will make sure the first roommate is accepting of the 2nd and vice versa. Utilities will be split by 2.Kitchen is fully equipped, Washer /dryer hooked up, living area, garage and driveway - will be common areas.It is required that you are clean and respectful, and the property is non-smoking.Pics are from the other unit - this one is UN furnished, but I will furnish the living area when I get someone to sign up.
