I try my best to keep the house clean from hair, but he comes in at night because he doesn’t deserve to stay outside all day and night as well. I vacuum almost everyday. He is super friendly and protective of the house and land. The room has new carpet, paint, and carpet padding. I installed it when I bought the house in both rooms. The room is a 9’x13’ with a 4’x8’ closet. You get your own bathroom with shower but is shared when company is over. Plenty of parking. You can smoke outside. You don’t need to be spot less but just try to pick up after your self. I am not spotless my self but like it clean. I am not a student I just work. Shoot me a text and we can call over the phone.
