出租房间 | St. Johns, Portland, OR, USA

Looking for a housemate starting June 1 (move-in timing flexible). The home is located on Tioga Ave in a great St. Johns neighborhood - close to downtown, with easy access to grocery and convenience stores, lots of nearby food and entertainment options, and Cathedral Park within walking distance. The house has a spacious, open-layout living room and kitchen with updated appliances (including KitchenAid). You’d have two rooms that work well for an office or gaming setup, along with your own private bathroom on the opposite side of the house from my space, offering a nice sense of separation. The backyard is large and well set up with fruit trees, garden space, a fire pit, string lights, and a BBQ. Washer and dryer are in-unit. Shared areas are mostly furnished, though there’s flexibility to adjust or add pieces if needed. This is a friendly, inclusive household. Standard background and credit check required. Rent for your portion is $1300 per month, with lease terms flexible (longer-term options preferred). Utilities typically run about $150 per month each. I’m a working professional in my 30s and have been in Portland for about 5 years. I like spending time exploring the city and the wider PNW—hiking, camping, trivia nights, game nights, gaming, concerts, and community events. I tend to keep shared spaces clean and organized, while also being realistic about everyday living. If this sounds like a good fit, feel free to reach out with a bit about yourself, what you’re looking for in a living situation/housemate, and your availability to come by starting around May 4th (evenings are best). Looking forward to connecting.

New Listing

出租房间 | Mountlake Terrace, WA, USA

Hi, my name is Diana. I am the landlord of a home in Mountlake Terrace. I am looking for responsible roommates to share a comfortable and respectful living environment. Ideally, you will pay rent on time, keep shared spaces clean, and communicate openly about household matters. I am looking for a couple of tenants. I have 2 rooms to rent. The front-facing bedroom rents for $1,550/month; the backyard-facing smaller bedroom is $1,200/month. Security deposits equal the rent for each room. Move-in is available after the deposit and first month’s rent. Lease term is one year. For these two rooms the tenants would share the 2nd bathroom. You would be responsible for 1/4 of the utilities. This single-story home in Mountlake Terrace has been recently remodeled. It features an open-concept kitchen, new luxury vinyl plank flooring, and recessed ceiling lights. Shared spaces include the living room, kitchen, and a spacious family room. The property also offers a large backyard, a deck connected to the family room, a detached garage, off-street parking, and a lengthy driveway. The quiet neighborhood provides convenient access to both the Light Rail and freeway. There are two roommates currently living in the house who share one of the bathrooms. Additionally, there is one indoor cat residing on the property. Both bedrooms have two closets each. The rooms are unfurnished. Four renters will live in the house.
