We have a 2,336 sqft multi-bedroom home with an available 138 sqft, carpeted, furnished bedroom for rent. The room has lots of natural light, but is also fitted with 90% blackout curtains for those who prefer cave vibes. There is a shared bathroom upstairs with 2 sinks, so you can have your own space in there too. There is also a half bathroom downstairs for those times where everyone needs to go at the same time. Downstairs there is a large kitchen and common area with in an open layout. We are a corner lot with a decent size yard. There is easy street parking and we have a driveway. We can discuss the best car placement in our interview process. The house is located in a nice, mostly-quiet neighborhood (kids play and dogs bark, such is life). There are many stores near by for easy access including Winco, Fred Meyer, 7-11 and more..
