Covered front porch, fenced back yard with patio, hot tub, and outdoor tv, dartboard, and canopy. Security system including alarm system and cameras. Biweekly housekeeper for shared (and private when requested) spaces. Street parking directly in front of the house, driveway is for homeowners use only. One dogs lives in the home, kept separated from the bedrooms and bathrooms by a baby gate. She is a female boxer mix. No cats or dogs will be accepted, small cage or tank animals allowed if kept in the bedroom.
