I live in a spacious 3 bedroom house. The rooms I'm renting out are fully furnished private rooms. They include bed linens, and towels. You will have access to the shared guest bath, kitchen, living room, laundry room, and backyard. Inside is very open and comfortable - great for unwinding after work. The kitchen is fully accommodating. I have a large backyard with a multi-tiered deck and lots of privacy. The neighborhood is quiet, and includes a small park. Located just north of downtown, the house is perfectly located for quick access to the hospitals, WPAFB, downtown Dayton, and the airport. There is easy access to shopping, grocers, and lots of outdoor parks and activities. Also close to the interstates. The ideal roommate should be down to earth, a non-smoker, and must LOVE DOGS! I have two friendly dogs that live with me. Pets will be accepted on a case by case basis. Sorry no cats.
