Hidie ho neighborinos! I lost my job unexpectedly last month, and due to low funds, we're unfortunately having to send my kids to live with their dad miles away for the foreseeable future. So my partner and I (both trans) are either looking for a roommate/couple to move into the main big room with an attached bathroom at $ish a month or a complete rent takeover. The apartment is shared with two lovely young ladies, ages nineteen and twenty, and a cat named Poogie ( very sweet, the LOML, loves to cuddle ). They are both very respectful, clean and over all great roommates. The complex has a pool as well as a gym. The base rent is around thirty and utilities leaves the total around hundred per person.
