There is one other roommate, also in our 20's. She works full time and when she's home she's very chill, clean, and often goes out on the weekends. The apartment comes with a washer/dryer and has all appliances recently renovated. It's a beautiful spot and you have the view of griffith observatory and the hollywood sign from every window. Shared bathroom with the other roommate and parking is included. The spot is really nice and I will miss it but I am moving so I can be closer to my new job.

Hello, I have a spacious room with a closet included, for rent in the middle of Hollywood in a centrally located part of town. NO DOGS OR CATS ALLOWED and No couples. no cashiers checks or money orders. Only verifiable means of payment. Close to any amenities you could possibly need. We are close to the Redline Subway, Vine St & Hollywood Blvd. Where there are tons of restaurants, clubs, convenience stores, gyms and pharmacies, it’s an absolute steal for the area. The apartment is a two bedroom and one bathroom. The kitchen and bathroom are shared living areas. The Rent is currently, plus a deposit in the same amount upon move in & returned when departing upon a sixty day notice & no damage done to the apt. Any damage done, the responsibility to fix it lands on the tenant who did said damage or will be taken out of deposit. There are monthly bills that include The Gas Company & Spectrum Internet. The Department of Water and Power bill is due Bi-monthly, split 3 ways. Between myself, my girl Amber & the person taking the room.
