Beautiful mid century modern apartment in a neighborhood that is 2 blocks from Runyon Canyon hiking trail. Huge patio space and an amazing grill. 2 private parking spaces with garage parking. My roommate is moving out so need someone to move in. The room comes with the TV if you’d like to keep it - everything else in the room will be moved out by the time you move in.
