This apartment is on the second floor and we are above the parking lot so no one is below which is great. You can also see the parking lot through your bedroom window which can be comforting. (The balcony is also over the parking lot.) There are 2 washers and dryers downstairs that cost about 4.50 per load. Pge is typically around $60 total. $80-$100 during the cold season. And xfinity bill is about 146. We split both. The apartment is also very central. Take a right you're at the 24, take a left and you'll hit 80. Walgreens, Raleys, central foods, and lots of bars and restaurants near by. Wild cat canyon is just up the way also. The room itself is about 10 × 13. Expectations of you: Pay your bills on time. Management charges $200 late fee for rent. That's a big no thanks for me. Clean up after yourself. I don't mind sharing things as long as they are respected and returned.
