The rent is $ utilities (internet etc) are paid on the last day of each month. If you take the train you will only need a 1 zone pass to go downtown (roughly mins)🚊 It is also only 2 sky train stops to Metro town if you like to shop :) Honestly, it is s great location and super central to the city. Everyone is happy with the location!🍱 There are lots of restaurants and stores in the area- A&W, Trees cafe, Tim Hortons (opening very soon) Taku Sushi, Fresh Slice Pizza, Coco, Subway, Latin grocery stores, Chico Chicken and a Safeway located only minutes away.🚴 Central Park is about a 7 min walk away :)ABOUT THE ROOM…..This is the master bedroom in the house. Extremely spacious! It has its own bathroom (newly renovated). The room is fully furnished with a Queen size bed, desk, dresser. If you need blankets, I can provide that also. It has a large double closet- so tons of space for clothing.
