Hello!

My name is Brendon and I'm looking to rent my current semi furnished spare room in a cozy 2bdrm lower level suite from December 1 (are flexible).It is located 1 min from Main Street in Mount Pleasant, so it is perfect for transit directly downtown and to Marine Gateway (both around mins) if you don't have a car. Shops, supermarket and everything you need including an hr market are all within a few mins walk from the house as well.

Would suit a single male, who is very quiet, clean and respectful with good reference/s. The rent is $ utilities (internet etc) are paid on the last day of each month. There is a security deposit of half the months rent to begin with which you will get back when leaving.

About me: I'm originally from New Zealand and have lived here since . I am very easy going, quiet and an introvert/extrovert. When I'm home I'm generally watching sport or movies. I keep to myself a lot too, but are very personable and happy to chat.
