Hi,A room in midtown west , Manhattan is available.This room will be available from Feb 1st (for about 5months) The Rent $+ utilities(around $)The location of the apartment is in Hell’s Kitchen/9ave. Walk up building/2nd floor.The apartment and Bedroom is very quiet. Bedroom is not that big but it’s enough size for one person who doesn’t have a lot of stuff. The room is fully furnished with comfortable bed (There are 4drawer in the room, small table and a new AC in the room.)I live in the apartment. you have the bedroom to yourself. The bedroom and my room are seperated by the kitchen, so we won't interfer with each other's privacy. We will share the kitchen and bathroom. Laundry room with all new machines Live in superI’m looking for a clean and quiet roommate. Work outside the apartment. No smokers please.
