Looking for My New Home - Feb
Tenant | San Francisco, CA, USA
Hello! 👋I'm a Gen X cis queer woman looking to start my new chapter of deepening self-care & expansion back in mi tierra madre. I'm looking for a clean, tidy, quiet home - both auditoraly & energetically - where I can hunker down to study for my last national board exam to be able to get licensed in Traditional Chinese Medicine & Acupuncture. I'll also be in a Practitioner Training for flower, gem and environmental essences (scentless, not essential oils). I work full-time remotely, with a somewhat flexible schedule. With one of my jobs, I must be at home ( days/ week). For my other, I sometimes like to work at a coffeehouse or library.I'd like to keep rent to no more than $ + utilitiesI have my tribe of dear friends throughout the bay area, and am looking forward to making new connections as well. I'm moving with my year old creamscicle kitty who's sweet, funny and mellow. He *will* try to flirt with you. And if she's still Earth-side, I'll also be accompanied by my year old corgi-blue heeler mix (~ lbs). She's also sweet, smart, well-trained, and mostly sleeps these days. I love music and dancing - almost anything except for the hard genres, gathering with friends for a meal, the occasional game night. I also value solitude and cozy time reading a book or watching a show. I've happily lived alone and in community. I communicate with transparency and kind directness. I'd love to hear from you if you think we'd be a harmonious fit or know of a situation or place that would work well for me. I appreciate you reading all of this, and am happy to share more, if your interest is sparked. ✨

Looking for place in/near SF
Tenant | San Francisco, CA, USA
Hi everyone! My name is Michael. I’m and recently started working in the city, so I’m looking to move here soon.My budget is flexible — anywhere from $,, depending on what’s included.I’m open to roommates of all backgrounds and genders. I work long hours and am usually gone on weekends, so I tend to keep to myself and won’t be around much. I’m tidy, respectful, and just looking for the same in a roommate or household.I’m also open to sublets or taking over a lease, whether short-term or longer, whatever makes the most sense. If you have something available or know someone who does, feel free to reach out. Thanks! 🙌

Sublease 1-bedroom in Nobhill
Tenant | 94109, San Francisco, CA, USA
Hi Folks,I’m subleasing my 1-bedroom apartment in Lower Nob Hill for 3 weeks, with the option to extend to a month if needed. The apartment is in a great location—surrounded by bars, restaurants, and coffee shops, and just a short walk to Polk Street. It’s also super convenient for public transportation and easy access to the Financial District, Civic Center, North Beach, and Marina. You’ll be 5 minutes from Trader Joe’s and 8 minutes from Whole Foods, which makes grocery shopping super convenient. You’ll notice a TV on the floor in the photos — I’ll be hanging it up before you move in (I’ve just recently moved in myself!).There’s also a cat in the pictures, but don’t worry — she’ll be staying with a friend while I’m out of the country.Deposit: $ (since the apartment is fully furnished)It’s a cozy, warm 1-bedroom apartment, and I’d be happy to answer any questions you might have.Best,Tutku
