Near St. Edward State Park and access to some trails for bikes or short hikes. The rate provides not only upstairs and a private bathroom. I am open to two roommates with some vetting. There is also a space downstairs next to kitchen that you can make your own. Same with the patio out back. With that much space I think is pretty fair for the area. I am easy going as long as there is mutual respect for one another. Most of my time is spent in the home office either working or playing games. I am usually out of the house in the evenings for a workout, playing soccer, or taking my pup down to the park. During the day I'm fairly low key, as I am holed up in my little corner of the house working. Another benefit of this place is the walls are thick and I have rarely had any issues with noise, etc. There's also sort of a private entrance in the back with a key. Hit me up if you're interested!
