The room is average sized, with a large window and decent sized closet with two sliding doors. Can be furnished with a queen sized bed and a dresser, if desired (no extra cost). Shared hall bath with one roommate, common areas shared with both roommates. Laundry room with washer/dryer, fully stocked kitchen with appliances, and a decent sized backyard. My home has a large fenced yard and doggie door. For $500.00 per month I furnish all utilites including internet.
