However, if someone is interested in the primary/master bedroom, I’m open to renting that room as well. The home is approximately 1,062 sq. ft. with a two-story layout. All three bedrooms and the full bathroom are upstairs, while the living room, dining area, kitchen, and half bathroom are downstairs.
