Looking for 1 roommate to share a nearly 3,000 sq ft penthouse at Beach Club Residences. Your portion would be around $2400/month, about the price of a 1-bedroom here, but with significantly more space and a higher-end setup. A little about me, I’m a professional tattoo artist. My schedule is a mix of 9-12 hour days at the studio and work @ home. I travel for conventions/guest spots at least 1 week a month too so I’m not always home. When I am, I like a calm, well-put-together environment. I also schedule monthly professional deep cleans to keep the space maintained. I have two birds, they’re friendly and well-trained. They do have their moments and can be vocal at times, though I wouldn’t say it’s any more noisy than a dog that occasionally barks.
