I don't have any pets, I am fairly quiet and keep to myself, and seek to be a good roommate. I'm looking for someone who shares an idea of mutual respect as roommates. What I'm looking for in a roommate is someone who wants to share this beautiful unit, has at least a 600 credit score and paystubs to show proof of employment. There is a no prior eviction clause in the lease as well and a deposit of $847.50 due upon move in.
