I am seeking a single female tenant, or a single mother with no more than one child, who is clean, straightforward, and a non-smoker (including vaping and marijuana). The home is three stories. Your bedroom and the living room are located on the second level, while the bathroom and our bedrooms are on the third level. The kitchen is also on the second level, and the basement is available for storage and laundry. The room can be provided furnished or unfurnished, and you are welcome to bring a mini-fridge for your space. The rent is $475 per month, which includes utilities. You will need to provide your own food and toiletries. Additional details regarding the living arrangement: - Shared Spaces: We will share the kitchen and the single bathroom. - Lifestyle: We are an active, church-going family. While my children are generally calm, there is occasional noise. This would be an ideal environment for a student. - Babysitting: There is no obligation to help with childcare, but I am willing to reduce the rent if you are open to occasionally babysitting. - Visitors: I prefer low traffic.
