The house is fully set up, so you’ll have full access to a furnished living room and a kitchen that already has all the pots, pans, and utensils you’ll need. It’s a shared bathroom situation with a chill, move in ready vibe perfect if you’re looking for a simple, comfortable place to land. (Note: The furniture in the room will be moved out)

This property is located about 7 minutes away from the complex and gateway or about 10 minutes from downtown salt lake city. This is a nonsmoker condo unit equipped with a dishwasher & washer/dryer. This condo already comes fully furnished and the room already has a queen sized bed. This is located about 20 minutes away from the university of utah or 20 minutes away from SLCC. This is a gated community.

We are in an apartment with 4 rooms spread across 2 floors. Roommates all usually keep to ourselves, busy with work and or school. The apartment is a little dated and beat up but we clean up after ourselves. The roommate in the downstairs room does have a small dog (Yorkie) but she is quiet and well behaved. We have our own laundry, kitchen, large living room and a lot of storage space. Parking is easy but there's the option of a little extra if you want a guarantied spot. The neighborhood is great and had easy access to the freeway, public transit, grocery stores and Liberty Park. The room available is about 13x11 feet, plus the closet. 550$ per month + 50-75$ for utilities.
