I have one super chill and loving cat, no other animals are allowed. I work two jobs so I'm rarely home but on my days off I like to relax and enjoy my time reading, watching movies or laying in the sun. All utilities will be split evenly (electric, water and internet bill). The electric varies month to month between 100 and 180, water is $45 a month and internet is $80 a month.
