Room for rent in the center of downtown, Houston on Main Street. Metro rail stop right in front. Rent includes all utilities (electric, internet, water, etc). Access to the gym is available as well. Note that parking is NOT included. A space in the parking garage will have to be purchased if needed. This is not a shared lease. I own the loft. I prefer to rent to someone who comes to town during the week to work or travels a lot and am willing to work with people in this situation.
