Greetings. I am a male property owner who lives in a one-of-a-kind townhome, seeking to fill the available Private Guest Bedroom/Bathroom. This bedroom is 10ft x 14 1/2ft in size. This property is a South Scottsdale modernized two story 1,145sq. ft. townhome with 2 bedrooms & 2.5 baths. Utilities (Electricity & Internet) per month range from $45 (colder months) for each of us, to about $90 (hotter months). Scottsdale Haciendas community has two pools, plenty of guest parking, and is conveniently located near Old Town Scottsdale, the Green Belt, Desert Botanical Gardens, PHX Zoo, The 101 & 202, ASU, Tempe Marketplace, Tempe Town Lake, PHX Sky Harbor Airport, Fashion Square Mall, SCC, Fry's, Lowe's, LA Fitness, and multiple MLB baseball spring training fields. This townhome features 2 bedrooms each with their own large private balconies, a downstairs back patio, a skylight in each upstairs bathroom which reduces the electric bill, lots of closet space, granite counter tops in baths & kitchen, new carpet, stainless appliances, and off-street parking inside the complex.

Single roommate needed, no animals as house has 3 dogs already. Rent is $600 due on the first. Plus utilities (around $90 per person in “winter” and $120 in summer includes all utilities and toilet paper paper towels for house that we purchase for household each month) due around the 15th of the month. Move in date on the first of June. First months rent and $200 to be added to the lease. One year lease. On street parking for one car. Household smokes marijuana we don’t care if you smoke just smoke flower outside. Concentrates can smoke inside. No cigarette smokers unfortunately.
