The room will be emptied so will come unfinished but the house comes furnished with washer and dryer and living furniture. The rent is 700 a month plus utilities which averages about 70-95$ split between the three of us. (There is me and one other roommate living here we are both female and she has a little tiny dog that’s less than 15 pounds but mostly the dog stays in her room) I'm looking for someone to sign a 12 month lease.
