Greetings: I have a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment at the Shadowridge Summerwind Apartments in Vista, CA, that I just moved into in February. This is the Moriah floor plan if you want to check it out on their . I’m asking for $1,250 all together, which includes the internet and all the utilities. Full rent on the unit is $2,740 and the internet/ utilities come out to approximately $300 each month, but I figure I'll pay slightly more since my room is slightly bigger and I’ll have the assigned parking spot Amenities- Private bathroom/ shower- Stackable washer/ dryer included in unit- Air conditioning- Fully equipped kitchen- Woodburning fireplace- Gym on property- Pool area I'm a 35 year old man. I work as a paralegal in Carlsbad. I'm gone M-F from approximately 9:30AM - 7PM on weekdays and I go to the gym most nights after work from 8:30PM - 11PM. Weekends I'm usually out and about running errands and what not or at the beach or gym so I'm not home too often. I'm looking for a CLEAN, HYGIENIC, reliable, trustworthy, friendly, considerate, and professional roommate. I'm a very clean person and don't leave a mess anywhere and I expect the same. I love animals so I'm open to having a roommate with a pet if they're responsible and the pets are well behaved. You'll have to pay the extra pet rent and submit a pet deposit, though. I'm not sure how much it is, you'd have to ask the leasing office. I will be running a background check on any applicant and the leasing office requires you to submit a credit and background check application, as well. It's a $40 fee you pay to them directly. Hiii! My boyfriend, best friend, and I are looking for another roommate to move into our townhome. The lease is a year long and the utilities are super cheap. The pictures we used of the house are off Zillow so they aren’t the best but still good. Parking is super easy, you would more than likely park in the garage with me. It’s a very safe gated community less than 10 minutes away from the CSUSM campus. In the house there is two dogs (trained) and a bunny (you’ll never see her she’s always with me lol). We all work and I still am going to school as well so we have pretty busy schedules but like to hang out when we can. We’ve all known each other since middle school.
