Currently occupied but tenant moving into girlfriend’s house. Huge backyard (gardener included) for your dog to run around and I work from home so don’t mind letting them out during the day. House is located at the end of a quite cul-da-sac with parking in either the driveway or street. 1250 utilities included. Lease is 1 year and our renewal starts April 1st.
