The monthly rent is $1400 ***all utilities included*** Security deposit of $1000. Room will be unfurnished. No couples, no kids or pets/animals allowed. You would have access to:kitchen, living room, bathroom, backyard, washer/dryer. 1 car parking spot on driveway. About me, I’m in the fitness world. I work early mornings and work some evenings. I’m pretty chill, I’m usually at home cooking my 5 minute meals lol, watching movies or with family. I don’t have visitors over.

My husband and I are looking for a quiet single roommate to rent to. We’re very down to earth working professionals with a dog and cat. We don’t smoke and rarely drink.
