I just signed the lease for a 2 bedroom apartment, (move in date 12 of June 26) and I'm looking for a roommate to move into a beautiful, brand-new apartment in a luxury building right in the heart of River Park, Oxnard! You will be the very first person to live in this room. You’ll also have your own dedicated extra bathroom (only shared occasionally if we have the rare guest over). The location is unbeatable. We are walking distance/seconds away from The Collection, meaning tons of incredible restaurants, shopping, cafes, and entertainment are right outside your door. Plus, there is super fast, easy access to the 101 freeway, making any commute a breeze. High-speed Internet and trash and the amenities fees are included in the price. Me and my girlfriend are the sole leaseholders and and we are looking to rent out the spare room because it’s much more cost-effective than renting a 1-bedroom. I have done this before and prefer a smooth, respectful, and reliable living arrangement. If interested, you will just need to apply directly through the leasing office to become an authorized occupant on the apartment paperwork. That give us both part certainly in this arrangement.
