The open room is a primary bedroom with private bath at Eagles Landing in Westminster, CO. This is a first floor 2br 2bth apartment with one roommate, front door goes directly outside (no private hallway). The room is big and has two large windows with a view of the flowers and yard. Sorry, no dogs:( there is a cat in the apartment who is sweet unless there is a pupper present. Price is honestly unbeatable. The grounds are well maintained, the staff is super friendly, understanding, responsive, and they're locally owned so they don't hike up prices needlessly. I've lived in 8 different apartment complexes throughout my life and this is the best by a thousand miles. What I'm looking for in a roomie: Preferably a woman, but not a dealbreaker necessarily. This is a quiet community so no loud parties/music. Respectful of space and please clean up after yourself. I'm not about that dorm life anymore. Open communication is VITAL for sharing a space, so I need someone that will not let things fester. It's very difficult to hurt my feelings. Fascists need not apply and you know what I mean. Hello! The basement comes with its own full bathroom, closet, mini fridge and coat/shoe rack. The kitchen and laundry room are shared. I am asking for $ a month + utilities. There is a 6 year old and 4 cats in the home and a small dog in the home 3 nights a week. Other animals are ok. There are 3 people in the home total. 2 adults and the 6 year old. My mom does stay the night 3 nights a week to take my son to school in the morning. To move in you will need the first month's rent and $ deposit. If you have animals depending on how many and what type you will need to pay more for the deposit. If you need furniture we can put it down there if not it will be cleared out!
