He is partially paralyzed and simple tasks are sometimes challenging. We are looking for someone who works from home and lifestyle is early to rise and not a night owl. This is not a situation but negotiable on rent depending on willingness to help out. We offer a beautiful home with large outdoor patio- and open space common area to enjoy the outdoors. We have a sweet indoor/outdoor cat and a small non shedding dog. There is not a separate entrance so you share the front entrance.
