The house is a bedroom two bathroom house, the three rooms on the main floor are tenant rooms and the upstairs is where the homeowners stay. The main floor does have a shared bathroom with the other tenants as well. There are two dogs living inside the home and no other pets will be allowed.

Located about minutes from UAB, but there’s a million things to do in Trussville and Leeds ( minutes from Buc-ee’s!). Rent is $ monthly, and utilities are split evenly between 4 people. Room comes unfurnished, but can be furnished for an increase in rent (we can discuss options). Background check is also required for a $ fee by our human (!!) landlord. Let’s get to know each other!
