I’m looking for a roommate to share my 2br 2ba apartment with and ideally sign a 12-month lease extension with at the beginning of July (although the room will be available at the beginning of May). The rooms are very spacious and well-lit. My furniture is in the apartment, but I don’t have furnishings for the spare room. If you have other furniture to bring, there is some additional space as well. It is on the second floor of the building, and utilities range from about ninety to one-forty per month depending on the weather. I have lived here for a year and absolutely love it, but my ex is moving out and I would really like to find someone to share this space with.
