Security deposit submitted and lease signed by me. 2bed2bath 1500sf apartment in Fishtown on Front St (by Front & Master intersection). lease begins May 1 but can accommodate to mid May or June move-ins. $75/mo water, gas & electric thru PGW & PECO & WiFi I'll set up with (~$55 for WiFi). In unit W/D and security camera at front entrance. -First and last month rent and water due 4/29 (split). Landlord requires monthly income 3x monthly rent. -Only 2 apts total in building that share the Rooftop!! Unit 1 is occupied by 1 woman and this is Unit 2 on the third floor. Ground level is a dog groomers shop.-Open bedroom is about 9 ft x 14 ft, has 1 spacious closet (43" W & 26" D) with two built-in shelves and a hanging rack, and an en-suite bathroom that also has a door to the main hallway. Pics of room, bathroom & to-scale drawing attached. - Parking: I talked to the Unit 1 tenant about street parking and she says it’s not that difficult around there and always finds a spot, it is permit parking btw. There’s also a Park America lot half block away on Front St $325 a month & a garage on Howard a block away $250 but there’s a waitlist there I joined. My plan is to street part for now thoIdeal Roommate qualities:-Non-negotiables for a roomie: willing to share cleaning responsibilities & can communicate honestly and respectfully. Does not have pets (but I'd consider 1 dog) & doesn't have a significant other staying over too often (I love having guests- but would prefer to have only 1 roommate if you get me!) -Ideallyy is open to being friends, has a good sense of humor,& has hobbies that don’t all involve drinking. Don’t get me wrong I love a solid marg or drinks out once in awhile but I’m past my prime party age haha
