Large 2nd floor bedroom for rent with walk-in closet. $950/month, all utilities included. No cable TV, but internet is provided. This is a [REDACTED] BE A DOG-LOVER. First month rent plus $950 deposit to move in. Currently, both the other tenant any myself are male. I'm not opposed to a female roommate. Jack-and-Jill style bathroom is shared with one other tenant. There is another full bathroom on the ground floor, in case your shared one is occupied. I'm very cleanly, and I expect the common area to be kept that way. Street parking is available a 1- to 2-minute walk from the house. Amenities include a washer/dryer, large back yard with patio, and access to the neighborhood pool. You have your own assigned cabinets, fridge and freezer space. On the first floor, the shared area includes a large, comfortable living room with large TV, kitchen and dining areas. The large, shared, second-floor bonus room currently has a table and TV, which I only use occasionally. The fenced backyard has a gate that opens to a field that is about half the size of a football field, where outdoor activities can be enjoyed. The community has several small, quiet parks. Publix, 7-11 and restaurants are just 3 miles away. Narcoossee area shopping centers are only 5 miles away. The house has nearby neighbors, so get-togethers are allowed, but loud parties are prohibited. I sleep in the upstairs master bedroom, and the temperature upstairs can't be below 72 degrees at night, or I won't sleep well.
