I’m renting a 2K square foot 4 bed 3 bath house near 40th St and Thunderbird in Phoenix. I'm looking for one or two roommates to join me for the duration of the 12 month lease I’ve signed through 4/30/27. Including utilities, rent is $900 for the smaller room and $1.1K for the larger room, both are unfurnished. The larger room has a private bathroom attached and the smaller room will also have their own private bathroom across the hall.
