3rd roommate for Astoria home

Комната для аренды | 44-05 Newtown Road, Astoria, NY, USA

Hi! We’re looking for someone to takeover our third roommate’s lease in our Astoria apartment to live with us and two perfect cats. February 1 start date with the option to move in earlier. Lease ends in October with option to extend. We have been living in our beautiful home for several years and our current roommate is moving for work. It’s a three bedroom/ bath with a lovely balcony. We have the best landlord in all of NYC, always helpful if there’s an issue, of which we’ve had almost none. The room is $/month not including wifi/coned. We are the third floor (top floor) in a building with only three apartments. We are both in our thirties and have hybrid jobs. One of us is freelance and the other in non-profit. We are looking for someone who is easy-going since we work from home. We are always up to watch tv or do a puzzle and keep a pretty quiet apartment. We like to watch Taskmaster, Stranger Things, Heartstoppers, reality tv, and any Meg Ryan vehicle. We both love crafting and cat cuddles. We rarely host get togethers, but when we do it’s usually more of a brunch or game night than a party. We are a 5-minute walk to the M/R trains and walk from the N/W. We’re near a bunch of great restaurants and shops. No smokers or . We like our home clean and tidy. Hoping to find a professional in their s who is always up for a puzzle and gossip session! Queer friendly home.
