Large balcony with south facing city view. Apartment features hardwood floors, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, ceramic tile floors, granite counter tops, extremely large living room and dining room. Rent:-$1400 + electricity-$50 application fee to be registered as an occupant. Pets: We have a 9 yr old cat who is very sweet and friendly. Transit: only 3 blocks away from the major subway hub of 125th st. 4/5/6 trains and only 4 blocks from Metro North (1 stop to Grand Central Station). Neighborhood: Safe up and coming East Harlem has it all.
