I have two open bedrooms in a three bedroom house. They share a bathroom. One bedroom is carpeted, the other has hardwood floors. I would like to rent both rooms out to the same person, or two people who want to share the bathroom together. The rooms are down a separate hall from the master, so there is some separation and privacy.The house is about a mile from Highlands Ranch Town Center. It has quick access to Highlands Ranch trails and is very close to open space. It is on a quiet cul-de-sac. It has a three car garage so everyone gets a spot..
