My old roommate is moving at the end of the lease and now I am tasked with finding a replacement roommate, to move in Beginning of May. The unit is a 2 bedroom 2 bath gated condo unit in Northeast Colorado Springs. The kitchen is spacious, and the living room/dining room are beautiful as well. I don't have any pets, I am fairly quiet and keep to myself, and seek to be a good roommate. I'm looking for someone who shares an idea of mutual respect as roommates. What I'm looking for in a roommate is someone who wants to share this beautiful unit, has at least a 600 credit score and paystubs to show proof of employment. There is a no prior eviction clause in the lease as well and a deposit of $847.50 due upon move in (payment plan can be worked out). Rent is $890 a month (including water, renters insurance, and payment fee) and gas/electric are separate. If credit is close, my property management company has often worked with that person to get approved. The community itself is quiet, and has a great pool and workout space.
