Furniture is optional. Rent includes utilities. There is no landline phone and TV is streamed but there is a cable hookup if you want to get cable. You have shared use with 1 other of the hall bathroom and you get half of the storage shelves as shown in the bathroom. You 2 roommates use the upstairs living room and dining room, hubby and I use the basement rooms. We have a kitchenette in the basement, but occasionally use the kitchen. There is assigned parking in the driveway. We have a nice big screened in back deck with a natural gas grill and fire pit in the back yard. We are looking for a non or outside-smoker, non-drunk, no-drugs, non-messy, no drama roommate. We are quiet, but you can have small weekend parties as long as it isn't a regular thing, the guests aren't getting really drunk or doing drugs, ends by midnight, doesn't disturb the neighbors, and you clean up after them.
