We’re 2 minutes away from a target, a mall, and a Trader Joe’s. Only 6 minutes away from the Ventura City Beach. We’re in midtown Ventura and pretty much any grocery store you’d want is very close by. The room has new hardwood floors and is freshly painted. The kitchen/living/dining room is shared but we are fully stocked on appliances. In a beautiful neighborhood close to an elementary school and a park. There is parking but it’s street parking right outside. We’re on the bottom floor and there’s laundry right across the hall. We’re looking to have someone take over the other room, as our roommate is moving out. Me and my boyfriend are in the other room. My boyfriend is working full time Monday-Friday, and I will be starting a doctorate program in late August of this year, so we are both busy most of the time. I do a lot of pet sitting, so it is preferable that you are welcome to having a pet in the house (I only do 1 dog or cat at a time) but have no pets of your own.
