I reside in a wooded area where you can’t see the neighbors, but you can certainly walk to them. It’s really pretty. The room is furnished with a queen bed, armoire, and two bookshelves. The room has new floors and ceiling fan. You will have your own window unit and new blinds (not pictured-need to install). You will also have access to shared kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry, and outdoor areas (porch, shed, parking). You will be sharing a bathroom with my other roommate. The house has Central Air and of Utilities are included. The house is furnished and includes a Washer and Drier. The house also has an ample and private backyard for your enjoyment.
