Only 8 miles to UCF, 20 minutes to Downtown Orlando and the airport, around 30–35 minutes to Universal, SeaWorld, and Disney parks. Easy access to major roads and everything you need nearby. Rent & Utilities: Rent averages hundred fifty dollars/month and can include a bed, desk and chair, TV, or none of the furniture. Utilities are separate and average around one hundred dollars per/month total (which is approximately one quarter of the cost.) Deposit is hundred to hold and hundred fifty when you move in.
