I’m in a 2bed/2bath apartment in the University area. The room available is the master bedroom. Both rooms have their own bathroom. Common area is furnished but the bedroom is not. All utilities are included in the rent price (Internet, power, water, etc.). There is a washer and dryer in the unit as well as a balcony and fireplace.
