A genuine luxury in Shoreline! I’m adding a portable stove so you’ll have everything you need independently. The upstairs common spaces (kitchen, living areas) are absolutely open to you too—this is your home! The only logistics to coordinate are the washer and dryer, also downstairs and out of the way. We can add a lock for your privacy and peace of mind. Timing: My kids’ dad and I are working with a counselor to create a thoughtful transition plan—we’re hoping he’ll have moved out between August and October.
