It is slightly cheaper than what we pay as it is the smaller room, but it is still a good size and fits a double bed, two bedside tables and a dresser. It has its own heating and a large front-facing window with plenty of natural light. Bills excluded, split evenly whenever the notice comes, unless there's a large discrepancy because of personal use. No smokers or pets, please. Bond is 4 weeks' rent and minimum stay is 4 months. You'll need to give 2 weeks notice when you leave, but there's no maximum stay period. You'll have to sign an agreement when you move in and minor details can be negotiated.
